![]() ![]() The laundry facility was nice, but accessible from the unlocked portion of the clubhouse. You also had to bring towels from your own unit if using the tubs, pool or sauna. We had to go to Walmart in Frisco to purchase racquets & balls as they did not provide these. (Johathan Stevens Mattress Company out of Michigan puts out excellent mattresses for Boyne Resorts all over the US - no I am not an employee, but a satisfied Boyne guest) The clubhouse was definitely not short of entertainment! Two good sized hot tubs and pool, sauna, ping pong, fooseball, pool table, and (my kids favorite) a racquetball court. The management company really needs to bring in a better company for their mattresses as other vacationers said the same thing about their beds in other units. The couch had a fold-out bed that my 13 year-olds found very uncomfortable due to the thin mattress. ![]() Behind the love-seat was a desk & book case, useful only for charging devices. A new-looking (hide away) couch & love seat surrounded the real-wood fireplace (which we didn't use) and a small 32" tv on a short stand. City Market discount card was a plus for saving some money! There was a VIP card available, but we ate in every morning & evening. There were some spices & condiments left there from previous guests & the owners as well as cleaning supplies for hand washing items & cleaning the counters. The breakfast bar worked out well, but could have used one more stool as this is where we tended to gather as dinner was being prepared. It was also recently updated with nice appliances (including a dishwasher) cabinets & countertop. Kitchen had plenty of cooking amenities as well as a gas grill on the deck. No 'maid' service except for mid-stay if we wanted to pay extra. Bathrooms were normal sized & were very clean with plenty of towels. Plenty of clean bedding to keep us warm & pillows were not the greatest, but not awful, either. Mattresses need to be replaced as they definitely tended to sag in the middle (the queen bed) or tilt (twins). The bedrooms were perfect size, master queen bed & 2nd had 2 twins. The ad stated that it was 900 sq ft, and it was definitely small for 3 adults & 3 kids (ages 13, 13, 10). We stayed in a 2BR/2BA condo on the first floor (unit 105/VRBO #105840). Purpose of our trip was a week of skiing at area resorts. ![]()
